Matcha has a long history of being used in Japanese tea culture, with in depth and meticulous ceremony. One of the great things about when I lived in Japan was enjoying matcha tea regularly when studying or working to give me focus and relaxation, so much so that I felt compelled to bring this remarkable experience back home when I returned. 

I loved the flavour distinct from coffee matcha, which I felt had a bitter taste with a stronger punch, whereas this tea gave me a more balanced energy for a longer period of time. This is why it was so crucial for this hand-picked and stone-ground tea powder to match the expectations set by my experience so I can confidently share it with you.
